How do I contact you with a customer service question? Please email us with any concerns at email@example.com and we will respond as quickly as possible. You may also message high cotton smocked through Facebook. Please give us 1-2 days to respond. Monday through Friday, 8am-5pm EST, excluding holidays.
Please note all sales are final. We will accept returns if the product was not described accurately or if there is a defect. All problems with outfits must be made within 7 business days of delivery. We pride ourselves on our customer service and will do our best to make sure you are satisfied.
How should I care for my High Cotton Items? Each item is different and should be treated as such. Please read the care tags in the garment. When washing your boutique and smocked clothing I suggest turning the garment inside out. Hand wash or wash on delicate cycle with cold water and a gentle washing detergent. Hang to dry. Do not dry your items! Iron or steam your items on a low setting. This will help keep your item looking new and prevent shrinking and fading. If you do not follow these directions please be aware that items may age, shrink, or fade.
Do you feature children in their High Cotton Smocked outfits? Yes, we would love to see your adorable photos and feature them on our Facebook or Instagram. Please use the hashtag #highcottonsmocked and tag us in all of your pictures of your sweet little ones sporting their smocks. Please make sure you have the rights to share the image before submitting.
